over the last few days pieces of a puzzle fell together before me and I saw that I have been "mislead" ( lied to in an offhanded way ) over the last yr or more.

At this time I am not sure if I am amused or disgusted - probably a mix of both

I am not going to invest myself into the game futher. Actions often times speak louder then words and this time I saw - clearly

Exactly. We all do it a greater or lesser degree and I suppose trying to be one of those towards the 'lesser' end of the scale is where it's at, if that's where you try to aim your moral compass. That and feeling a healthy amount of guilt and regret when we are a coward or a liar. Those are decent indicators for us morally, I think. All this presupposes you consider being a coward and a liar a bad thing though.
