My Saturday mornings were spent watching old old Hammer films. They came on at 11:00am if I do recall correctly. Dracula, The Werewolf. Ooooh good times. Christopher Lee was the best vampire ever!!! IMO.

That and Bugs Bunny. I love everything Warner Brothers. Pepe LePew and all those guys.

What's Opera Doc? has to be one of my favorites cartoons.

Rocky and Bullwinkle

The Pink Panther
Scooby-Doo
Sigmund and the Sea Monsters
Land of the Lost
Lidsville
Shazam!/Isis
Flintstones and the Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm show

I also recall watching any number of Saturday morning programs which were based on prime-time live-action shows but wherein the charcters of the animated versions were 'In Space!' or living on another planet: i.e. the denizens of Gilligan's Island on another planet, the Partridge Family buzzing around in flying saucers, etc.

i have to co-sign on about 80% of this list!

i got started late w/ 'land of the lost'. i never watched it when i was a kid but i went through a little obsession with it on DVD a year or two ago.

i TOTALLY remember the super 7 and i'm gonna google that shit ASAP. that was the show with the black couple and one of them could shrink really tiny and i think one of them was like a lawyer or something? they were always dressed in disco formal clothes, that's all i can remember. anyway, i loved that show.

i also loved the "fred & barney meet the thing" cartoon, even though the flintstones never actually got to meet the thing, and the fantastic four was never in the thing cartoons, he was just a stupid high schooler who could turn into the thing. it was dumb, but i remember loving it at the time. shrug

i dug anything superhero - spiderman & his amazing friends, blue falcon & dynomutt, etc., etc...
