1) I hate family dinners and Christmas is this one time of the year when I can't avoid it. So I usually sit throughout the dinner and don't say a word.

2) I hate buying presents / getting presents that are (most of the time) useless.

3) I was born on December 25th, so each year I have attend ANOTHER family dinner the day after Christmas Eve. I hate blowing off the candles and making wishes that never come true. Plus I'm getting older and older each Christmas.

4) I hate traditional Polish Christmas food. It's absolutely blah.

I'm going to put singing lessons on it this year.

For me, everyone knows to either get me something artsy, author-friendly, edible, wear-able, play-able, or erotic. (although in the case of items I can wear, I really don't like girly frilly crap. YUCK!)

For my dad, I'm buying him a giant tin of gourmet popcorn from Downtown Chicago. That way, I won't have to hear him whine about me not getting him any for a while.

My boyfriend is getting spoiled rotten with a very nice ring. I've wanted to slip something nice on those lovely strong fingers of his for a long time. It's gonna be something silver with an Onyx or his birthstone setting.

Gramma is getting an airbrushed t-shirt with some very lovely colors. My cousin, his mom, and my uncle are too. My aunt is also getting an angel for her collection.

For myself, I'll be getting an um.....special adult kit.
