ive just taken a patients repeat bloods checking to see if his trop-t remains unchanged
if it comes back within normal limits he can go home in the AM with a probable treadmill as an outpatients..... YES-THE EMERGENCY DEPT IS VERY VERY VERY QUIET TONIGHT! | |

When i was explaining the fundementals of why/what the cardiac enzymes were that we need to do he enquired
"so have i had a heartattack" i replied solemnly-if the tropt remains negaitive i can confidently say AW HELL TO THE NIZZAW! | |
