Cereal is not for breakfast anymore. Its snack food.

But nothin beats oatmeal, cream of wheat or malt-o-meal for breakfast in the winter. lick

Yup, but I get a free subscription. Why not turn the other cheek like your hero advised? I'm just a demon sent to test you. You've got infinity in fairyland filled with dead relatives and friends to look forward to. Allow me to burn alone in peace, thanks.

you haven't heard? per harpo, the litmus for eating enough fiber in your daily diet is that your poo snakes around the toilet...and its true. Fiber is the natural colonic.

If I was rich, my preferred cereal would be Cinnamon Grahams.

but I have to make-do with the supermarket's own generic fruit and fibre. It's only 69p for a big box.

I don't usually eat breakfast... but when I do, it's not much different than eating a donut at the office. Moderation, as usual is the key... a little snacky, snack is a good thing.

Sugar. Yum. wink

Me neither... I just don't normally have time. And I'm not that big on sweets generally. So cereal is about it for the sweet stuff. That considered, I can't be fooling around with herbs, tree bark and shit.

I love sugar, I need sugar. lol But I have also been a Vegetarian for many years... (the Lucky Charms are my nephews, when they stay the night)...

The Shredded Wheat Strawberries are mine... all mine... lol But I have not eaten a bowl of cereal for a long time. Wonder if the cereal is still good. I just can't keep up with all the portion size of foods... it's just little o'l me... and really, I am not that big. smile

It is almost 1:00 and I have only had one cup of coffee... half pint of creamer... lol wink

I think... french toast sounds good right now... and potatoes... drool and some scrambled eggs... YUM!

I heart sugar.

Snacks! woot!

We're grown women, though. I'm just amazed by how many kids actually eat that stuff, for breakfast, every day.

You might be grown woman, but I'm not. wink rose Candy. drool lol

But on a serious note... I see the affects of today... I work in a Children's Hospital for goodness sakes. Even the meal they get from our hospital's kitchen (that I worked in for 5 years as well, as a Nutrition Rep), is a disgrace.

I went to Canada this past March... and the Calgary's Children's Hospital was inspiring to see... the food at their hospital cafeteria was very well thought out... and prepared in such a fashion that showed food can be healthy and fun for children and not be filled with preservatives, artifical sugars... deep fried, crap.

So much room for improvement I can't even see the end of the road or the beginning... but little by little (not soon enough)... I see signs of change... just not as fast as I would like to see. Our children of the future are in bad shape... (generally speaking), but literally speaking to.

Working in the medical field, I see it everyday. wilted Sad...
