Is there anything you could be doing, were you not online now?

I have alot of tidying to do and I want to start de-cluttering my wardrobe and cupboards, and doing charity shop runs.
I know it is early, but I want to start getting ideas for Christmas before leaving it too late and rushing around in a panic. I should be doing some homework too, catching up and things. How about you?

Not a damn thing. My apartment is clean, my fridge and cupboards are stocked.

I'm home sick and I'm bored. I don't have any new books and I'm worn out of sleeping and watching Sex and the City dvds all day.

I should take up needlepoint or something.

I know, tell me about it. They have Halloween things in the shops but already they have started putting out Chruistmas things too. It is way too early. I would hate to be a child these days. It makes the wait so much longer, but then again it makes me feel guilty even thinking about Christmas in October. It's crap really, it takes all the magic away. Bloody shops!

What's wrong with needlepoint? lol I haven't done it before, but isn't it a bit of a craze these days, old crafts?

oh, not a thing! I tried to take up knitting a while back, but it didn't suit me.

I'm now thinking I may run to the sewing shop tomorrow and finally try my hand at it again. See if I can find a small/easy project to get me back in the swing of things. Ideally, I'd like to start creating my own clothes and I've been putting it off forever. It may be the weekend to start...

I should be cleaning right now. My house is ridiculously filty. I was going to take a picture of my desk and post it on that desk thread but I think it would scare too many people. I also have some bills that are not going to pay themselves.

I just stepped in from a long day and a day trip out of town (or this crazy city).

No real obligations, other than I should feed my pour cat... who is looking straight at me.

Plus, why start cleaning or folding clothes at this time of night. wink Uck!

planning to get the rest of my Halloween decorations out, and maybe get packed for my trip to Paris.Plus I'm getting preparations ready for Christmas. boxed Yeah, i've been shopping on the 15th each year so I've always given crappy presents, so I think they'll be pleasantly suprised. My son's birthday is on October 25th, so start shopping for that, but Christmas is the big holiday for him, have to concentrate more on that holiday than his birthday. Maybe I'll get him a couple of DVDs. shrug I don't know why Patti complains each year, she just has to cook! lol
