I'm always creating melodies, song structures and song lyrics just before I fall asleep. This is so weird. I once read that your subconscious opens up just before you fall asleep and just after you wake up.

If it's a person I think of, then it's probably my crush. But usually I just think of the situation I'm in.

It depends on what kind of a day I have had and what is facing me the next day.

I think about...stuff...I don't think people though...I don't really remember what the next morning because I go to sleep really late due to not being very good at the actual sleeping part.
