It honestly depends on how much the person understands what they did. I have friends who've pulled some awful shit on me, but really redeemed themselves through their apology/actions afterward. I've done some screwed-up stuff too, intentional or not. Nobody's exempt from that shit, so don't front. Small things can bother me even more if people avoid acknowledging what they did and why it hurt me. It's happening to me right now and I'm about to lose my damn mind.
I also have a bit of a hard time with people who refuse to forgive. It's very important to surround yourself with loving, supportive people, but it's hypocritical to expect perfection. Even highly flawed people are loveable (myself included).
