I'm gonna try it. I hope I don't Hallucinate too much. I wonder what I'll write then.

Absinthe is allegedly a dangerous substance that can cause brain damage... I would be quite careful.

BUT... if you do load up on Absinthe, please come back and tell us about it!

From what I have read, TommySoul is right about the effects of Absinthe.

Really? Well IceNine do not give any of that substance to my friend! Aiight?

gooeythehamste
r

The taste; awful.
The effect; trippy.
The aftertaste; the most horrible hangover I ever experienced.
My advice; don't go there.

It is so 1987, btw...

To the curious ones..I have a BIG bottle of "good"
Absinthe in my kitchen, a Spanish brand called
Lasala, Phillip Lasala or something like that, I
just don´t like its taste...next time I will buy a
bottle of Serpis, which is also a Spanish brand.
You have to find out how much thujon the drink has.
serpis is said to have a much milder taste and the
highest thujon percentage in milligramms.
The real deal from the 1920 is still illegal but some
villages in switzerland are rumored to still produce
Absinthe with authentic thujon contents.
Some east European countries also make decent Absinthe
but a lot of them are just high in alcohol, that´s all,
and they smell and look or taste like Absinthe, but the
high is different.
It´s no longer really dangerous because the stuff that
Picasso, Van Gogh and Oscar Wilde drank had way more
thujon, maybe ten times more...and it was not really the
Absinthe that damaged people´s health but the lead and/or
copper that some cheap Absinthes contained..sometimes this
was due to fact that they used the wrong containers or
cheap ingredients...so some people got high, but not really
from the thujon...you know, kind of like sniffing glue, which is really crazy and dangerous..I don´t live in Spain
but we have this special liquorstore and they have a lot of
rare stuff, not your average booze.
They order all kinds of alchohol from all over the world, and they even test the Absinthe in a lab to find out how much thujon it contains...I bought Lasala cause it had the
second highest percentage, but Serpis, as I said before, is
supposed to be smoother and milder, vanilla-like, which is
probably like fakin´the funk but believe me, I don´t want
another bottle of Lasala...a friend of mine likes it, but I still haven´t finished my bottle...been a year now..I don´t drink,anyway...just the occasional glass of wine...
Most Absinthes are just called Absinthe or taste like it, but they´re not the real deal. European law now allows Absinthe, but the REAL recipe is still illegal, Serpis is as close as you can get..

PS. Serpis cost twicw as much as Lasala, that´s why I
bought Lasala, but next time I´ll opt for Serpis.
