Ottensen

Last night I almost experimented with Mexican. Hard to do as the ingredients sort of hard to find here. In the end I settled on making a small piece of seared Salmon over soba noodles & bok choy in ginger broth.

I haven't had breakfast yet (that's bad, I know). But I'll probably scarf down a plate of fruit and a pot of tea in a minute. Later I have a working lunch at my favorite Greek restaurant, so I'll be treating myself to some good ole greek soul food this afternoon...a whole lot of it innocent

We had chili for dinner last night, Home made and I tried to feed it to a bunch of wusses apparently...

I was told it was hot but flavourful and that I could make it again but not any hotter.

It is going to taste even better tonight nod

I usually make corn bread with it but the English do not know what corn bread is and I did not have the ingredients to make it.

What the hell is a scotch egg? I do not like eggs at all so I guess it does not matter really.
Pork pie? That sounds as good as a "toad in a hole?"..... disbelief

So are your scones what we call biscuits?
