Last night I almost experimented with Mexican. Hard to do as the ingredients sort of hard to find here. In the end I settled on making a small piece of seared Salmon over soba noodles & bok choy in ginger broth.
I haven't had breakfast yet (that's bad, I know). But I'll probably scarf down a plate of fruit and a pot of tea in a minute. Later I have a working lunch at my favorite Greek restaurant, so I'll be treating myself to some good ole greek soul food this afternoon...a whole lot of it | |

We had chili for dinner last night, Home made and I tried to feed it to a bunch of wusses apparently... I was told it was hot but flavourful and that I could make it again but not any hotter. It is going to taste even better tonight I usually make corn bread with it but the English do not know what corn bread is and I did not have the ingredients to make it. | |
