I was feeling in the mood for an org chat and i saw a couple of threads about depression etc... I just wanted to say to everyone that feels that way..u know who u r! . I totally have empathy with u .

I know there is a lot in my life i should be grateful for and I am working on increasing my social life etc. I now have some really good friends but I still feel the lonliest person in the world sometimes and it wont go away..

I am a spiritual person, I believe in God. I have good friends two good jobs my own flat blah blah. But I dont feel connected and i feel empty.

I still keep trying to feel positive and DO believe everything happens for a reason so....I would like to request no matter how down u feel Dont give up coz things Do get better and u have to taste the bitterness in life to appreciate the sweet.

Apreciate evryday and eventually things get better.

Its just my thoughts from the heart and thank god there is somewhere like the org for expressing emotions...its important to share feelings I think.
