I have a 2 yr old fixed fe kitty, & she has started waking me every morning at 6:am....as soon as hubby leaves 4 work!

I am a lite sleeper & its hard to go back to sleep...HOW can i get her to CHILL OUT!

You might want to have your husband close the bedroom door when he leave for work so she can't get in. Or maybe have him feed her so she is preoccupied with something other than jumpin' on your head!

I love kitties in the morning. Mine OWNS my bed and wakes me up whenever she wants love. 2 AM, 4 AM, it doesn't matter.

My ex-roommate used to have this problem with hers. Her little guy was a total psycho all night, even scratching under her bedroom door and howling in the bathtub. The only way we could get him to chill is to make sure he didn't nap after 6 PM, and make sure to work him out before we went to sleep at night--we'd have him chasing strings, mice, whatever. And after exercise, he slept through the night.

Thought this was gonna be a sexual thread...

Thanks for the suggestion! Im gonna have to play with her at bedtime & hopefully this will "tire" her out...I Hope?

she rarely sleeps with me, in fact she's only cuddly when she WANTS something. but i still spoil her rotten.
