Another good way to do it sounds crazy, but it works.
fill a frying pan with salt, maybe a half inch deep, and cook the fish, skin down on the salt on the stove. That's it! It cooks perfect, of course you should add some lemon salt & pepper afterwards. My Legacy

I do this with a top on, to steam it! So many different ways to do it. If I follow a recipe it's great, but if I just tried the same thing just as an experiment out of my head it would probably be terrible My Legacy

My moms can throwdown with the canned Salmon, making croquettes thats when i have it prepared that way. Salmon is a good source for Omega 3 oil. | |
