Another good way to do it sounds crazy, but it works.

fill a frying pan with salt, maybe a half inch deep, and cook the fish, skin down on the salt on the stove. That's it! It cooks perfect, of course you should add some lemon salt & pepper afterwards.

I do this with a top on, to steam it!

So many different ways to do it.

If I follow a recipe it's great, but if I just tried the same thing just as an experiment out of my head it would probably be terrible lol

disbelief

don't eat it processed. You have to get it fresh, as pure as possible. Get your herbs fresh as well and get the best olive oil you can get your hands on.

This fish is divine drooling

I've had fresh salmon and believe me I know it's drooling! Now on the other hand the croquettes I've made with the salmon out of the can, but it's still pretty tasty. I'll have to try the croquettes with the fresh salmon though! hmmm

I dig it fresh and canned, I mostly eat it grilled. My moms can throwdown with the canned Salmon, making croquettes thats when i have it prepared that way.

Salmon is a good source for Omega 3 oil.
