YAY!! I like Salmon. For me it's hell cutting that skin off before you cook it. I didn't have that much of a sharp knife. The one time I myself cooked it.
Some people think I'm kinda cute
But that don't compute when it comes 2 Y-O-U.

There are certain types of fish that I'm not crazy about either, but salmon is the best.

If salmon wasn't so darn pricey, I would eat it once a week too.

I started cooking it in foil on the grill, and it cooked perfectly.

But since you don't get that smoky grill flavor you have to add seasoning. I add butter lemon dill salt & pepper and it's delicious, and no burned/lost pieces.

Butter lemon dill is good stuff, it really enhances the flavor of the salmon.

You can also bake it in the oven that way. It comes out just as delicious.

I like salmon. I need to eat more fish.

But not Chliean sea bass. I was served some rotten Chilean sea bass once. From then on I adopted the motto: "Sea bass. Haul ass."

I didn't try it at first because it seems kind of wrong to not expose the meat to the fire & smoke & stuff, I mean, why grill otherwise, right?

But my salmon tended to get a little burned in spots when i grilled it. It's not like a hamburger that's nearly impossible to ruin.

But, don't you have to take it off the foil at some point, or it get's soggy?

no, in fact I wrap it in the foil. loosely, so there's space, but it's sealed in.

I've had other fish that way that was gross & mushy, I guess that's another reason I didn't try it sooner with salmon .
