Salmon - Yay or Nay? How many of you like salmon? I love it cooked on the grill, it's sooo yummy! Add some rice and a veggie, and you've got yourself a good, low calorie meal.

The oil in it bothers my stomach sometimes but I like it Smoked (dry) is excellent, I like it cooked WELL so the grease isn't so apparent. I'll take my Omega3 in a pill, thank you    I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!! Thank you for being YOU - my little Princey, the best to EVER do it | |

Some is sliced thin & very moist, kinda slimy to me  I like it better when it's dry/flaky smoked w/ pepper I throw it in salads & pasta mostly, Trader Joe's usually has it pretty cheap
