It is unbelievable i'm just starting to get into calamari...my dad came to town for the annual Feast of the Assumption in Little Italy, and i tried some of the calmari he ordered. not bad...they were little small rings, though. i was at another of my favorite places a couple weeks ago, and the calamari rings were the size of regular onion rings... you didn't get the little octupus looking ones? nope, these were the breaded and fried calamari rings...i'll have to find someplace that sautees them in the marinara.

Emeril's new sauces are the best. A bit expensive, but yummy!

What's your favorite sauce to accompany your spaghetti? I prefer Ragu's "Chunky Gardenstyle" with Tomato, Basil, and Italian Cheese. yeah i love pasta to! And me! Maccharoni al forno, Lasagne... Pero tambien i Gnoggi col succo di tomato and Parmesan cheese or Emmenthaler o la salsa gorgonzola/mascarpone, che buanaaa! ñamñamñam
