In Sweden we basically have two different types of caviar; the slightly "fancy" one you're most likely referring to, but also the "fine-grained" kind that comes in a tube and is used as a sandwich spread. The latter is by far the most commonly used one and I find it very tasty. Most foreigners that try it think it's too salty though.

really good caviar is awesome with a bit of cream cheese on a cracker but cheaper brands are too salty and gross.

I didn't know it came in a squeeze tube too. redface Looks kinda like a light version of Cheeze Whiz.....funny I'll eat Cheese Whiz, but I'm grossed out by caviar. lol

I'm picky about cream cheese. It has to be sweetened for me to eat it.....either strawberry or some kind of berry flavor....or used in desserts.
