Incompetent people God damn i am so pissed right now i gotta vent.
Yesterday some retard held me up by 4 hrs on an install because his manager and my dealer manager who is a waste of skin workshy fucktard didnt do what was asked of them a week before and NOW i am sitting waiting for a licence to be mailed to me by this idiotic robot of an internal sales manager who refuses to do anything other that what her manual tells her..... I mean i spend 100k a month with her and she dicks me about and wastes my time because she cant get off her fat arse and enter some digits in to a partner website FFS 
Worst of all neither of them ever say sorry.....well i can tell you both of them will be getting a bill for wasted engineer time and see how they like them beans!!! She and he can kiss good bye to their appraisal reports and "perks".....bastids.... Anyone else wanna vent?   | |

I mean i am pretty tolerant but i just bawled out my UK dealer director because she is ultimately responsible.....then she was nice to me and i got all gooey when she asked about Val,,,,i am so soppy. And then guess what? The Dopey cow at the distributor just mailed the licences to the WRONG email addy

The license issue me: I can't upgrade from v2 to v3 with the same license key, it won't allow it. You gotta sell the customer a new license. sales: but can't you try ? The distributor says it should work. me: I tried, it won't work. sales: try it again, cuz they say so ? me: no ! I won't, I called the manufacturer and they said otherwise. sales: please try it one more time ... because I said to the customer it was a free upgrade.

he: ok days pass ... I call back me: yes sir, I'm calling regarding the site-2-site VPN ... he: the what ? me: well, the document I sent you, have you gone through it ? he: oh, no, I didn't understand what it said me: ok ... can you put me through to your network engineer ? he: that's me
