Keep in mind not all people give a compliment expecting or needing to hear one back in return. Of course I know I don't have to give one, but it is a nice opportunity to give one that I wanted to give anyway. Or at least that's what you'd think. A simple "thanks you" is okay too, I suppose, but some compliments are so heart-felt and wonderful that it just doesn't seem adequate. Either way this isn't a big problem for me since I almost never receive compliments anyway. Or actually; on the org I do sometimes, but never in real life. | |
