What's for dinner?

I usually cook something for myself at home, but I'm feeling lazy today. I just went to the bodega and picked up a couple of pastelitos, aka empanadas, and I made a salad shrug

What are you having? biggrin

I love salmon. There was a restaurant in Dover, DE that had the most delicious salmon I've ever eaten. I like to eat it a lot. Even my kids love it.
