What are the best insults or put-downs that you know?

Sometimes when people piss you off or get on your nerves, it's more effective to say something witty and clever rather than just downright obscene and I'm hoping that some of the people here can improve my insult vocabulary. (Might be useful for when getting flamed on this very site).

So come on, let's see just how nasty people can get!
