My friend's coming over this evening to give me a grooming and I need to know what I should do. I finally have my hair grown out a couple of inches below the shoulders, but there's no real style to it.

I need something new. I need fabulous hair. Carriempls said that's the key around here....

What's the texture of your hair like? Fine and thin? Fine and thick? Thick and coarse? Etc...

Is it all one length?

It's not all one length, really. My hair's thick, and doesn't agree with any form of curling iron, no matter how much hairspray or gels are involved, so I need something I don't have to do much with. Something that will just kind of go on and lay.

Gods, you should have seen her trying to curl my hair for my wedding. We had to redo the whole thing with about 20 minutes left before aisle walking time just so it would still be curled. We'd done it two hours previously, used nearly a whole can of spray, and the stuff still started falling out.

This is a nice cut. Longer layers and bangs, not too much styling needed.
