In the beginning of the episode, you see that she has gone all kinds of wrong (not sure why) and is apparently killed. Obviously she didn't die and is apparently replacing all of her weak parts in her body. And she seems to want revenge for something. I actually find her story more compelling than Jamie's. Just this year I've seen shows like Battlestar Galactica, The 4400, Jericho, Smallville, Heroes, Ghost Whisperer, Ugly Betty, Desperate Housewives, Brothers & Sisters, Dirt, Nip/Tuck and there's plenty of other shows that I don't watch.
