It's on San Pablo Avenue. About five minutes from the Richmond Expressway. My aunt works in Point Richmond. love Love the view of the city from there.

I lived in San Pablo from 82-84 and Pinole from 84-86 until I moved to the north bay.

We have the world's biggest sphere here. Yay. neutral

Seriously though, there are some interesting things here too, it's just that I've lived most of my life here so I've become bored with most of it. It's hard to think of any city in the world that wouldn't get boring after a number of years. We all need change to keep us inspired.

arcata has GOT to be more boringer than san jose.

at least you have that damn dionne warwick song.

whats arcata?

see, miguel? lol

arcata is a depressing little town in northern california. though i seem to remember they have a really good little vegan restaurant run by a cult or something. they had really great meatless gravy and biscuits. drool

come to think of it, i think that vegan barn i ate at was located in san jose, too. lol

The acoustics aren't very good though. It's as if it eats the sound somehow.

It's really too bad, because apart from that it's a nice venue.

San Jose, California. The only interesting thing is the WINCHESTER MYSTERY HOUSE. That and I'm in Silicon Valley.

I've been reading various thread where people are buying homes with burial sites in their backyards or they live where beggars and witches were buried and burned.

Wow, how boring is San Jo?

What is so interesting about where you live?

I used to live there. no no no! It's not boring! Where I live is boring. And there is NOTHING interesting about it. lol

Aw c'mon. You can think of something.

I live in the lower Hudson valley in New York and my town is located at the point at which the Hudson River is the widest. It's a small town and it is quite charming. There are a couple of antique shops, pubs, restaurants, museums, and beautiful parks.

It is extremely boring here. The only good thing about it is that it is very close to NYC sigh

I've always been intrigued by small towns. You know the kind that has 1 church, 1 general store, blah blah blah.

I'm in the same boat you are. Cleveland, Ohio is probably even more boring than San Jose, California. There are no jobs here, and the jobs that do become available pay lousy wages. Because there are no jobs, people are leaving the city (and who can blame them?). Plus they just announced that Geauga Lake Amusement Park is closing, after having been open for over 100 years. Geauga Lake also has a waterpark, that part will stay open, but the rides themselves will close. This city has absolutely nothing to offer anymore.

But I thought Cleveland Rocked!!!!! sad

I once got stranded in Lost Hills with some friends. (car broke down) We later caught a ride with a trucker. He said that he was on his way to San Jose. I was scared 'cause I thought, "oh yeah, what a coincidence" It turned out that when he rolled up his semi truck had San Jose Bullet written on the side. We had the best time. I never thought I'd ever get to ride in a big rig.

IMO they should change the name. I happen to ride by with a friend of mine, who is black, and I was dumbstruck. I didn't know what to say.

And yeah there was a huge line.
