hows the diet going?

1 cup of boring corn flakes and skim milk. I'm gonna have a cup of tea with just a tiny bit of sugar in it.

This part will be fairly easy. I just have to start working out again and it's always so hard for me to get started.

My plan is walking the dog every day (of course), 30 minutes on my bike (for now) before bed and some time in the evening I'll do yoga 3x a week and pilates 2x a week.

sounds like a good plan! yeah the motivation to start working out is tough, for months my gym was just a direct debit that came out my bank every month!

woot!

Good luck Erin.

I got an email from my gym last week that bascially said, "You haven't been here in forever. If you're going to pay all that money, you may as well show up once in a while. Let us help you, fattie."
So I'm scheduling a consultation and free personal training session for after my move.
I'm actually excited about it again. Hopefully I can make it stick this time.

About two months ago, the rules are simple if you are interested. I lost half a stone in 4 weeks.
