I've never liked swallowing pills. I find it to be easier when the water is sucked down with a straw. Don't know why.

I've never had a problem swallowing pills. Hell, I've had things in my mouth a lot bigger than pills.

Go to the drug store and ask for a 'Pill-Cutter', put the pill inside close the lid and it cuts the pill in half, and the other side grinds pills up into powder. They also sell this in GNC the vitamin stores. It can be dangerous to have anything stuck in your throat or chest!

Why on earth would one swallow a pill without water?

Do many people take many pills a day? Why?

Medicine is so unnatural, however I do see the necessary benefits at times... but how much it too much?

I've had them for 12 plus years and they've only gotten worse.
