Rhondab

I've lost 12lbs....and I have 8453216351 more to go

I'm on a mission to look fly and fit for my 40th year on this rock.

I'm actually learning to like some aspects of working out but damn it what happen to those days you could just skip a meal and lose 5lbs.

Why does it take so long to lose when you can eat a donut and blow up? confused

Cheer me on!!! smile

Congrats! Keep it up.
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

This has been my weapon of choice.

I have heel spurs so extensive walking really hurts my feet. If I go walking, its at the dog park. I'll walk around it while the dog runs like crazy.

I'm also doing weights. I LOVE weight lifting. I think because my body responds so quickly.

and yes I'm a victim of tv exercise stuff and I do the Firm tapes and it works. So I mix it up.

weight lifting is actually really good to lose weight. That's cause you increase muscle that burns more fat
