I'm HIV+... and a Survivor

We too do exist!

* Diagnostic 1984

* Do not use any medical treatments or therapies and am still good by health. I had my last cold at year 2000!

* - 1990 all 1/2 years went to make blood controls

* 1992 I was felicitated by the doctor as 'nonprogressor'

* 1992 Doctor tell me they have lost my medical historical

* Renunce freewill to sexual abstinence (relationship sofferts)

* 1996 I went 'forced' from two (women) doctors to make a pregnace test, even telling them, I have NO sexual contacts (no petting, no kisses, nothing) - Made the test -> logo negative, what did they thought, I get a baby like GOD's mother Maria???

* 1996 End of relation with man because of that things

* 1998 I get 'fired' from the lunch meetings I was visiting. at an AIDS help assosiation. The teamer (woman) told me following reasons:
I am too full of energy and too good looking. The others becomes depressions!

* 1998 I do get depressions! And left my very intresting, very good payed workplace

* December 1. 1999 - I become homeless

* Last test I made I made in New York City

* 2002 Still homeless, still desemployed, still is my health good (because of the GRACE OF DIVINITY)

I don't know what to do. I never thought I would live so long! I was living and planing my life for today and longest for the next half year!

So many friends are going! So many do die so soon. Why is AIDS? - Why do others die so soon and I'm still alife? How many survivors are we? How can I help to help? Maybe there are ways to can survive AIDS. Maybe the ways are just diffrent...

Weird is... many ppl, even my family, doesn't do believe I am Hiv+... I have to do care alone (with GOD), but I'm also human!

Sometimes, some threads at the board, or discussions and smalltalks here where I ever am, are very hard to swell down and to shut up my mouth...

If Arcamar is really homeless I seriously think we should do something. Hey, I'm not kidding!! Do we love each other or don't we? Anyone got any ideas?

I don't know anything about homelessness, but do have extensive experience with HIV+ people. We orgnoted on the subject a few weeks ago. This is a whole lot to deal with. I don't know how you do it. Your spirit must be really strong.

well, arcamar, you ain't alone...although i've only been + about 7 years, and i'm not really homeless (though i'm having SEVERE roommate issues, LAWD), but i can relate to what you're going through. hang in there...and TALK about it as much as you need to. lots of people will give you resistance, but just keep yapping anyway.

Her profile says 'Location: AL, ES', which I imagine means Spain (and in other replies I think she's said as much). That someone in the EU with HIV is homeless is nothing short of outrageous. I'm quite interested in the power of the internet to effect change, and I'd be fascinated to see if her friends on this site can't do any better than offer heartfelt - and I'm sure, well received - platitudes. I'd be quite willing to donate to a fund to help her. Sorry if that sounds hopelessly idealistic!!
