How many Hrs a Night Do You Sleep? I would say I get 6 or 7 tops. How about You? | |

On a school night, I generally get by on 7 1/2, sometimes less depending on how wound up I am from band practice. Thursday nights I prolly only get 5.
But on days with no school, I'll go 11-12, sometimes 13 hours. -------

It really depends on school/work 6-8 hours of sleep. I sometimes stay up late to finish up a homework assignment or study for a test. If I don't have school and nothing planned for the next day, I would be sleeping for at lease 10 hours. |

I'm with TRON... it's never quite the same for me either...
But it's not normally more than 5 hours sleep a night... the hopeless insomniac case is indeed extremely familiar. Lately however I have been a little more consistent, so I'd say about 4 to 5 hours on average. --»You're my favourite moment, you're my Saturday... | |

From teenage years, i've been a niteowl... but it varies...i usually need 8-10 hrs a day, but can get by on much less for special occasions. if i'm very excited about something, i can stay awake almost 24 hrs. but it catches up 2 me. May the BELLS ring 4 U even when ur not in love.   | |
