When was The Org's "Golden Age"?

Which combination of personalities were active when you feel the GD was at its most entertaining?

It all collapsed after they took down the animated avatars.

I really need to get some sleep. I tossed and turned for an hour or so. sigh

Anyways, the golden age for me was when LollPopRocks, NPP, DeRon, PurpleThunder, and Zelaira posted alot. And of course when Anxiety was on nighshift and he would post alot and add a bit of balance to the Prince Music & More forum. Jerseykrs and Funkmisstress were a joy to get to know as well. And of course getting to know Fauxie was a joy.

I missed joking with LollyPop when she first left. She was like mixing Dani, JustErin, and Jerseykrs into one. She practically PWNed this place a couple years ago. lol

The current batch of orgers are nice and funny. I like their threads, but there's been such an influx of new orgers over the last year and a half it's hard for me to keep up and memorize who is who. And to tell you the truth, many orgers who didn't speak much to me are also speaking to me more now, so it's just a lot of memorizing to do that I'm very bad at. Standouts are definaely Dani (totalAnxiousness), hokie1, Jess and Monigram--the later 3 seeming to vibe off of each other's posts and very easy to get along with.

Overall, I don't think is fare to say there is one "Golden Age" in general. Just phases and years where I jive with folks better. It's all ebbs and flows, kind of like myspace is for me. It's a damned good thing I don't watch T.V. or else I'd have absolutely no time.

I think the thing that made those days so much fun is that the threads and posts were all unpredictable. You never knew when or what lollyPop was going to chime in and say.

Though there are some very funny threads now, I pretty much know what the content or message stream is going to be just by reading the titles. And of course, I miss our old 'yahoo' days hug

Good night boo hug

I did like larking about in my working mornings with Huey, Chops and Natsume. They were fun times. I also used to like chatting away in the chat room. There used to be a fun crowd in there.
