Trying to understand: Here it is a commission based field not including any base income... Is it the same there? In which case, you have to do what is best for you... larger companies with more listings probably have more people to learn from, more money to spend on training and just a lot more on the go. ( Hence forth would be the better deal.) You can always step into a smaller company once your name is known and you are well trained.

I interview tomorrow with the Broker I think will best suit me for training. I am pretty sure as of tomorrow I will be under a broker too.

On the other hand, it sounds like real estate there is a small business where everyone knows each other? Here it is quite large with multiple companies in every city.

Yes it is commission based although most companies do a weekly retainer. And I agree hun...I have to go with whoever I feel is going to best for me..
