what do you mean, "again?" wink

seriously it's odd that OJ is accused of murder, operating an extacy ring, armed robbery, and yet he's innocent of them all!

Exactly....but at the same time...that damn O.J. just can't seem to get his act together. He should be thrown in jail on charges for just being PLAIN DUMB!!!
Cochran isn't alive to keep bailing him out anymore, O.J. just doesn't get it.

Message to O.J.:

Listen if u hadn't noticed...THEY WON'T REST UNTIL THEY GET YOU, YOU ARE A FREE MAN!!!! NOW GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND STOP DOING DUMB SHIT!!!

If O.J. had any brains, he'd pull a Claus Von Bulow and drop out of sight. But he's such an egomaniac and attention whore he won't do it. It's killing him inside that he's not "America's Favorite Token Negro" anymore.

first off I agree that as long as he stays in the collective public eye he will be subjected to any and all manner of mess....along with the mess he'll get himself into....

...having said that though, I'm starting to get the feeling that this set-up angle that one of the guys that got pinched with him has some validity....check out this article from ESPN...

Despite all of O.J.'s nonsense, he still gets the white women. Today's NY Daily News ran a picture of his current girlfriend - another blonde. What are these females thinking? Don't they know O.J. could snap at any minute? It's like sending your kids to Michael Jackson's house - why tempt fate?

He gets "white women" because that's what he is attracted to. He could easily be with a women of any other colour if he wanted to.

People in general are fucking nuts so there will always be women (of every race) who will date crazy men like him.

Battered woman syndrome. Ugh!

Nancy Grace was replaying all of the old 911 tapes of Nicole. It was disturbing to hear that stuff again.

Exactly! Some people are so blind. His actions speak volumes.

I prefer to call him a complete asshole. Not to mention a wife beater and double murderer. Why anyone sticks up for this sad excuse for a man is well beyond me.

SANTA MONICA, Calif. -- A Superior Court judge tentatively denied a request today by the father of murder victim Ron Goldman to take O.J. Simpson's earnings from everything from autograph signings to video games to satisfy a multimillion-dollar legal judgment awarded 11 years ago.

Instead, Judge Gerald Rosenberg gave Fred Goldman's lawyer, David Cook, one week to come up with a list of sports memorabilia items the former football star was accused of stealing last week from a Las Vegas hotel room.

Simpson was acquitted in criminal court of the 1994 murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Goldman, but a civil court jury found him liable for the deaths and ordered him to pay $33.5 million. The award remains largely unpaid.

Simpson, who has been in and out of the spotlight since he was acquitted of murder, was in jail in Nevada on Tuesday on the robbery charges. Another man facing similar charges in the case said he believes the former football great was set up. He said the memorabilia dealer who tipped Simpson off that he may have had some of his collectibles recorded the hotel-room confrontation that led to Simpson's arrest.

"It sounds like a setup to me," Walter Alexander, 46, told ABC's "Good Morning America" on Tuesday. He said Simpson had thought the memorabilia belonged to him after getting a call from the dealer.

Meanwhile, one of the memorabilia dealers who spoke publicly about the incident on Monday, describing Simpson and a group of men coming into a hotel room "commando style," was hospitalized with chest pains.

Bruce Fromong was transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where a hospital spokeswoman did not immediately respond to a call seeking information about his condition.

Simpson was arrested on six felonies, including two counts of robbery with use of a deadly weapon. If convicted, he could receive up to 30 years in state prison on each robbery count.

Witnesses and authorities have said that they don't believe Simpson had a gun but that some of the men with him during the confrontation did. Simpson has said he wasn't armed and that he went to the hotel simply to retrieve property that had been stolen from him.

In court in Santa Monica, Goldman attorney Cook accused Simpson of "sitting on a treasure trove of sports memorability" while ignoring the multimillion-dollar judgment.

But both Cook and Simpson lawyer Ronald Slates said they had no idea what the items were, and Slates argued it was unclear whether Simpson really owned any of them.

"I need to know more," the judge told Cook. He gave him a week to come up with a list of the memorabilia items Cook said he was sure he could easily obtain from Nevada authorities.

Cook also filed a new request to get Simpson's watch, which he described as a Rolex Submariner that he saw the former football star wearing in a photo featured on the celebrity Web site TMZ.com. Such watches sell for $5,000 or more, he said.

The judge told Cook it was his responsibility to obtain the watch and have it appraised and he set an Oct. 16 hearing to determine whether the watch would be exempt from the judgment.

Cook argued Simpson was wealthy, citing a 2003 tax form indicating income of $400,000. He also said Simpson has four pensions -- three for his NFL, TV and movie work and a private stock account worth more than $2 million.

Slates scoffed, noting money from the pension funds are exempt from the judgment and Simpson has expenses for his three children.

"He has a right, like everybody else, to be protected (under the law)," Slates said.

He also said Simpson has repeatedly offered to settle the judgment with the Goldman family.

Cook replied it would be "a cold day in hell" when that would happen.

"It is inconceivable that the father of a murder victim would sit and haggle," Cook said.

Meanwhile, in Nevada, another man suspected in the alleged heist surrendered Monday. Clarence Stewart, 53, of Las Vegas, also turned over some of the missing goods, including autographed footballs, police said. He was jailed on six felony charges, including robbery with a deadly weapon and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon.

A fourth man, Tom Scott, was questioned and cleared of suspicion after police concluded he was not in the room, reducing the number of outstanding suspects to two, police said. Both were apparently seeking attorneys and preparing to surrender, police said.

Alexander, who faces charges almost identical to Simpson's, said he went to Las Vegas for a wedding and not to see Simpson. "I just happened to get caught up in a bad situation," he told ABC's "Good Morning America."

Simpson's arraignment was set for Wednesday. Yale Galanter, Simpson's lawyer, said he was preparing a bond motion and will ask for Simpson's release on his own recognizance.

"If it was anyone other than O.J. Simpson, he would have been released by now," he said.

"You can't rob something that is yours," Galanter said. "O.J. said, 'You've got stolen property. Either you return it or I call the police."'
