I've been there more times than I can count. Hope you don't have to drive, that's the worst.

Sorry. I have never slept very well and now I'm on some great medicine that helps me sleep, but doesn't make me groggy the next day.

Do you have trouble sleeping often?

Yes. I am just off the meds. First time wired since. I mean, I actually slept a few hours, but I woke up three hours before the alarm clock should wake me up.

The wobbly thing is I am a manager. I got meetings lined up all day. I think I will make the first one, bow out of the others.

Why did you stop the meds? If you want to say...

Well, it is never good to become co-dependent. I like to think they help me through my spells and I do not need them for the rest.

Yeah, it would be nice if I slept on my own. My doctor at first gave me Ambien, but I didn't like how groggy I felt the next day. Plus, it made me not remember things I did. eek

I wish that I knew. I have never really slept well and my migraines are worse for it. One of the things that is important for migraine prevention is to be on a regular sleep schedule, so the sleep medicine is part of my migraine treatment.

wow. I have been sleeping like a log for weeks now, the other night I slept 12 hours straight, and that isn't so usual for me, I have always been an insomniac.
