I feel like shit right now..

I haven't had a single cold in a year, and suddenly I'm a wreck.. My nose is running from every hole possible and I can't breath through my nostrils, all my muscles are dead, I've got a terrible headache , I just woke up, after a nice 14hrs of sleep and feel and look awful.. No fever, thank god..

Please make me feel better and cheer me up..
