Iron Man trailer site up 1 day early

Viacom is premiering the trailer tonight, on broadcast television, during multiple shows. Apple has decided to jump the gun & go-live with the trailer site 1 day earlier than expected.

Check out ol' shellhead here: http://www.apple.com/trai...nt/ironman

Ok so part of it is very generic Hollywood action film, but I did find Starck's arrogance quite funny. lol

That's one of the reasons I liked Tony Stark. He always had a certain arrogant/cocky air about him. I could see him actually running a company. Unlike some other billionaire playboys (**AHEM** Bruce Wayne) who historically played the part of a boorish, uniterested trust-fund baby.

well, if they're being true to the comic book, tony stark is an alcoholic with a heart condition. maybe he's supposed to look rough.

The VFX is GREAT!! But I cant see Robert Downey Jr. in this role. Plus, they had to add the "muslim terrorist" element to make it politically "scary". Oh jeez....give me a break!! confused

The Trailer ROCKED.

Its the first time in yrs that a trailer actually got my attention.

RDJ will be fine, if hes given enough direction bout the role. if you doubt that then rent Chaplin. Downey can rock a role.

cool

does this mean my Iron Man collection will sky rocket in value enabling me to cash up now instead of leaving it to my Kids?

I liked the Denny O'Neil run best, I think.
anyone know if James Rhodes is in the film?
he was a Green Beret you know... I think Micheline must of used every cliche under the sun for that character.
War Machine, now I remember. that was the spin-off.
this was another series I bought all of yet was sadly dis-continued.
a re-occurring theme for me in the comic market.

originally, he was captured by a Vietnamese warlord, so they didn't really add anything, they just updated his origin, like they changed spiderman's radioactive spider to one that was genetically engineered.

Yes, he's played by Terrence Howard.

In the current issue of THOR, the Thunder God kicks Iron Man's ass. Thor's not happy with what went down during 'Civil Wars', especially with the Thor clone killing Bill Foster.

I think that was done more to make the story current. Iron Man originally was a POW in Vietnam I believe. That origin wouldn't fly now.

Okay, I'm sure that was changed because that would date Tony Stark as being around 70 years old. His entry in wikipedia specifically says Vietnam: http://en.marveldatabase....rth-616%29
