I'm fighting roundness of belly too.
I just joined a gym. I feel better after just a few workouts. Having an eating plan (NOT A DIET) AND working out will have you looking even better than before. No More Haters on the Internet. | |

What's worse? Being a little overweight, or ruining your arteries with that crap? I've got a friend who had a BAD habit with that. So bad, he started having seizures. He had a massive seizure four weeks ago, fell back, and cracked the back of his head open on the concrete. He is now in rehab trying to remember who everyone is, including himself.
