I topped out at 217lbs, this year. I stopped smoking about 3 months ago(?) then I smoked for a weekend and stopped again. I started going to the gym and I feel great. Me n Erin were jsut takling about this, and I think a lot also has to do with WHERE and HOW you gain your weight. I am not porportioned at ALL. Like, I have a FLAT ASS and gain my weight around my hips and stomach. I wish wish wish I could gain it in my ass. Is it possible to distribute WHERE the weight goes?? I wish. Look. FLAT ASS and round belly.

I sent my before pic to Dani, as I just want to make myself wakeup to the fact that my weight has gotten out of control. Like I told her...I'm embarrassed that I have gotten this way so it's hard for me to just put it out there for everyone to see. But ok. This will be great motivation.  | |

I just had a physical last week and my doctor told me I need to get my weight under control because of my family's history of diabetes. I need to lose 20-25 pounds so I'm in this with you guys.  I've already changed some of my eating habits. I just need to start some kind of exercise plan. I can't afford to go to a gym right now, so I'll probably start walking and then when I can, I'll run. | |
