I know nobody really gives a shit

but its official.

I've gained a massive amount of weight.

My jeans from last year, won't even button.

I know that if I started smoking again I'd be skinny again.

I won't do that of course.

But it is so tempting.

Its no fair!!!!! bawl

I'm going through the same, sweetie. I have two pair of pants and a couple of skirts that I looked hot in last year that I can't get into now. My face is filling out again. I hate it.

I'm sorry. I think you might have taken all my weight because I've lost a lot of it, and I don't really have much to lose from. I think I miht have lost about 20 lbs.

This is why I haven't quit. I gained 12lbs last time I stopped smoking. I know it sounds ridiculous and all. I try to just smoke on the weekends and I do pretty well with that but I find I can't sleep during the week. I gotta find a happy medium and deal with this. Blahhhhh.

Dani just start walking everyday. I read all of those health magazines and it's the best thing for you. I was going crazy doing situps and found out that if you don't get your metabolism higher by doing cardio you will never lose the belly and love handles. Try to walk 15 miles a week.

I didn't know that. I do all the crunches n shit too, and it DOES firm your stomach, but its still big. lol

I think it's important to do both, as Carrie said, the cardio helps boost your metabolism and the crunches and other stuff helps tone and target the right areas.

I mean sit ups will firm your tummy eventually...but you need to burn off the fat first. If you have a lot of fat it will be impossible to tone that up just doing sit ups.

Its deflated in my closet. neutral

I never really cared for it to be honest.

I really like Windsor pilates. I really saw results when I was doing them religiously. And I didn't use the ball.


Okay guys, I'm bein serious.

Lets do before and after pics. And we have to report in each month. I knwo the pressure of THAT will get me rollin. What do ya think?

Has anyone used a soloflex?

I wouldn't be my primary equipment if I bought one, but it would be nice on those days I can't sneak off to the gym.

I like the environment and energy in the gym better than doing stuff at home, but I can't always sneak off.
