I know nobody really gives a shit but its official.
I've gained a massive amount of weight. My jeans from last year, won't even button. I know that if I started smoking again I'd be skinny again. I won't do that of course. But it is so tempting. Its no fair!!!!! I've reached in darkness and come out with treasure

This is why I haven't quit. I gained 12lbs last time I stopped smoking. I know it sounds ridiculous and all. I try to just smoke on the weekends and I do pretty well with that but I find I can't sleep during the week. I gotta find a happy medium and deal with this. Blahhhhh.
Dani just start walking everyday. I read all of those health magazines and it's the best thing for you. I was going crazy doing situps and found out that if you don't get your metabolism higher by doing cardio you will never lose the belly and love handles. Try to walk 15 miles a week. | |

I think it's important to do both, as Carrie said, the cardio helps boost your metabolism and the crunches and other stuff helps tone and target the right areas. |

I mean sit ups will firm your tummy eventually...but you need to burn off the fat first. If you have a lot of fat it will be impossible to tone that up just doing sit ups. Get walking girl! There are so many benefits from it! | |

Has anyone used a soloflex?
I wouldn't be my primary equipment if I bought one, but it would be nice on those days I can't sneak off to the gym. I like the environment and energy in the gym better than doing stuff at home, but I can't always sneak off. | |
