I got a new goal

I'm going to lose 4 inches off my waist and hips. I ain't going by the scale. The scale will reward unhealth behaviors like starving yourself. I'm going to watch what I eat, and work out in the gym five days a week. I going to be tight baby TIGHT!!

I let you know in a couple of weeks how I'm doing. Since I posted this I got more incentive to stick to it (I hope).

my one-two punch was to quit drinking sugared sodas and then to work out regularly. it worked for me anyway! good luck to you!
