building IKEA furniture I promised to put together 6 BERTIL chairs tonight I can't even do one completely, so far I've done 2 incompletely. The first one was kind of fun, and I obviously lost interest since I am here instead I grew up doing this stuff. Can you cope with IKEA furniture assembly?

Ex-Moderator | I've never really had a problem. In fact, I rather enjoy following directions and figuring things out.
I've picked out a bookcase from there I'm getting for my new apartment in a few weeks. |

have you seen the new catalogue has loads of things in PINK! I just threw away the new catalog cause I was perusing it too much. I can't find the bookcase I want online, but it was in the new catalog and my friend saw it in the store. It's a tall rectangular thing covered in a print in black and white of flowers. It's sooooo cute. If I like it as much as I think when I see it in person, I may get a matching CD tower. |

It was the first weekend after the catalogue was distributed, so imagine the crowds. Otherwise I am sure I would have gone and had a look at it, sounds different to the usual stuff.

I fucking HATE IKEA furniture I bought one piece from there, a small 6 drawer VANITY for my closet. It took TWO DAYS to put that piece of shit together & one of the shitty parts broke, so I had to go to the store to get more I will never, EVER buy another thing that needs more than the simplest assembly from there. NEVER
