This info is clear on Wiki's site. Most teachers/professors don't allow it as a source (or the main source) cited due to the concept that the public creates and edits each entry freely at any time. Many entries on Wikipedia are under some sort of debate whether it's clarity, bias, appropriateness, or accuracy. You've got to talk to your professor first. Are you in high school, or college?

On topics without alot of disagreement it is fairly accurate. Most of the good stuff is sourced as well. You could use it as a starting point to find additional info.
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

I have found Wikipedia to be correct all the times I have gone there. Though since it is not exactly monitored for accuacy, I can't say it's 100% accurate. I have heard storuies of it not being 100%. But I can say that it's a good starting place and with a little extra research, you can back up what they say. Now, I would also ask your teacher if using wikipedia and sourcing it (with back up of course) is allowed.

Yeah, it's most likely accurate, but definitely not good enough for a research paper in most cases (I could imagine referencing wiki legitimately, tho)

You're in college? Okay. For the last two semesters, none of my professors have allowed me to cite Wikipedia. THANKFULLY, you can still go to Wikipedia and if the article you're reading has cited links throughout or beneath, you can always go straight to the sources of the information on the WikiPage. Let me know if that doesn't make sense and I can help you.

Some notes from Wikipedia
Because Wikipedia is an ongoing work to which, in principle, anybody can contribute, it differs from a paper-based reference source in important ways. In particular, older articles tend to be more comprehensive and balanced, while newer articles may still contain significant misinformation, unencyclopedic content, or vandalism. Users need to be aware of this to obtain valid information and avoid misinformation that has been recently added and not yet removed (see Researching with Wikipedia for more details). However, unlike a paper reference source, Wikipedia is continually updated, with the creation or updating of articles on topical events within minutes or hours, rather than months or years for printed encyclopedias.

lol I tend to do that too. Mine is always where I need to be. I'm always clotheslining her. You've got to step softly and slowly at my place, especially in the dark.

She also likes to hide and wait for bare ankles to gnaw. evil

I was in the dark and she's kinda camoflaged apart from her paws and underbelly. I think she might be resting on my bed now.

lol Totally! It's like an internet table-of-contents for me most of the time. I just scan the entry and use all the "official" links. It's a lifesaver, considering my procrastination habits.
