Do you lie in bed with the headphones on? Do you enjoy listening to music in the car? Do you listen while doing housework or homework? What about in your favorite easy chair with a glass of wine and the surround-sound going? I personally (when I have time) like to sit on my sofa about six feet in front of my stereo system (a la Memorex guy) with the lights low (maybe the lava lamp on), a cold frosty brew in hand and the music at a loud but comfortable volume. How about you?

My favorite way to listen to music is in the pitch dark. Makes your sense of hearing and imagination come alive because there is nothing visual to distract you from the music

I only have time to crank it in the car.

everday..when i wake up..in my truck on the way to the gym...at the gym on my ipod...in my truck on the way to work.. all day at work...in my truck back home..while taking a shower.
while on the org. all day 24/7 as much as possible. i'm at work now and we're blasting music.

Im listening to music all the time, but my favorite way of listening to it would be on my IPOD while I lay on my couch relaxing

On my way too and from work and when Im generally in the mood.

At work, when I am at my desk and there are 11 other people in the office gossiping and carrying on... I concentrate so much better when I tune it out with music. I am the only one who has earphones and a CD player going at all times. I love my little Ipod Shuffle, so small and I can carry it with me anywhere, practically hidden.

During playroom activities (at work), we have Kidz Bop playing or Radio Disney. Always. I love to hear the children singing to the latest hits (Hannah Montana, Happy Feet, Cars etc...) while they are creating (art). I try to be as child friendly as possible without having to resort to "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star".

I do enjoy no music just the same, just as much as I love to listen to music... it's a nice balance I must say.

Oh and in the grocery store, I love to hear music while I am shopping for groceries.

Loud and obnoxious with the windows open - whether it is a car or a house. Headphones are a sad compromise.

Music is a constant in my life. I'm constantly listening to new and different music as well as old favorites.
My favorite way to listen to music is live, sometimes front and center, sometimes as background music but live is where it's at for me. I've been lucky enough to hear some amazing musicians live in small venues.

Like Freespirit,I love quietude as well but in small doses.
