every time i go to a dentist i never find myself marvelling at their surgical skill..more like...."didnt seem that difficult" "five years training for that!!' and of course.....HOW MUCH????? Ah well a necessary evil! next time string and a rock for me!

I just had that done. It really wasn't bad, but the tooth had come to the surface and it wasn't very big. I expected much worse.
But it's still an excuse to treat yourself to something. And use Listerine, I think that a bunch of crap got stirred up when mine was pulled. My Legacy

I went to a maxilofacial surgeon to have all 4 of mine removed. It was not as bad as I thought it would be.
I hope you heal soon | |

I hope you heal soon wow!!! how much was that!!! I had dental coverage at the time - it was about 4 years ago. I think it cost me $300 copay. I was really tired of the pain they were causing me.

Sometimes I wonder if my braces caused it. They "cured" my overbite, but now my jaw pops. My Legacy

I don't think pulling out the wisdom teeth will change that

Ouch, Jony!
So are you totally wasted now? I'm fortunate -- all four of my wisdom teeth actually fit! I must have a big mouth. ...Cueing Imago in 5,4,3,2... Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

Maybe bad posture as well. do you ever practice those relaxation techniques where you lie down & concentrate on relaxing each part of your body, from your toes all the way to your scalp? It works pretty well. My Legacy

ive recently had one come through, but fortunately for me its not close to any of my other teeth so at this current time isnt causing pain or anything....i just hope i dont get any more coming up as i dont think the other spots in my mouth have enough space for them but then again maybe only in the top left of my mouth would be the only problematic spot for one if it is to come through Receiving transmission from David Bowie's nipple antenna. I had a terrible time. I mistakenly asked for the gas instead of being knocked out. Yeah the gas did nothing. The dentist was basically breaking apart the tooth and I could feel the whole thing.

No it was NOT safe! I've done nitrous recreationally, and I don't really understand how it works at the dentist. It doesn't knock you out, and it doesn't kill pain. It just makes you dizzy. My Legacy
