$500 shopping spree...

I just ran around the web and dropped items into my shopping carts at will...

$497.97 total.

2 Sweaters for my daughter
1 Sweater for myself

Bedding for my daughter's room

6 CDs

& 7 DVDs

What would you buy? (keeping it under $500)

Sadly, I spent $1,600 on a new garage door from Home Depot's website. But, that includes installation and removal of my old one.

My current garage door is folding in on itself. My brother parked next to it, and I hit the open button not knowing he was there and it got bent in the center from his truck and now won't close unless I push it from behind while pressing the opener. confused

So I took this opportunity to get the new roll up ones with a nice window going across the top. It'll look nice when it's installed...

With $500, I would buy a couple of pairs of jeans, some t-shirts, sweaters, and a pair of new boots shrug

We need new garage doors...my little sister ran into one of them a couple years ago. Didn't kill it, but wounded it a bit. And our garage door opener is shot sad

I like online shopping...for the most part I'm sooooo not a shopper. I don't like walking around stores for hours looking for things. But I don't mind surfing the net for that long hmm

A 6-year Certificate of Deposit from Third Federal S&L would do nicely.

My mixer recently gave up the ghost. Ergo, my next chunk of change shall go towards a new mixer - specifically, this:

Me too but most outlet centers are so far away from me

so, I only spent about $300, I was going to buy a purse that was $170.00 but was talked out of it confused
