I went 2 Plymouth Massachusetts and we went on a whale watch. We saw finback and humpback whales. They were really close 2 the boat at some points. They make a lot of noise! U can c them spouting water from miles and miles away.

One of the whales had a prop scar on its back.It was sad.

I also saw Plymouth Rock...which is a relatively small (well medium-size) rock that's flat on top and greyish. Nothing special. One thing I didnt know was that back in the day the rock split due 2 natural causes, and the townspeople put the one half in town square. Later on they cemented (!) the rock back 2gether and left it at the waterfront (never knew that). There is a portico built over it and u look down 2 c the rock and seaweed around it. One guy walked up, looked down, and chuckled. It is pretty..pathetic looking. Someone stamped the year 1692 in2 a the rock, it was engraved in2 it. Not sure what the point of that was.

ANYway, Plymouth is a quaint little town. All Americans should visit it sometime. There were not a lot of tourists there, but I guess that's because it was October. I noticed that there were quite a few British people there.

I had 2 get up at quarter 2 5 in the morning...and we got back at 2:30 am.

Oh and something really weird happened. Some guy just randomly asked me and my friend 2 his house 4 "supper."

Not only was I surprised that he used the word "supper" but he just randomly asked us, out of all the people there. I politely refused, altho' I think he was just trying 2 b nice. He was part of this family that had been wearing old-looking clothes and dancing in a circle 2 a violin and shit. I think they were trying 2 imitate the way it was in 1692...but the music didnt sound very Spanish 2 me. It seems 2 me that since Christopher Columbus (Cristobal Colon) was Spanish, but his trip was funded or whatever by the Portuguese king and queen, that they would have had music from that culture.
