Mushanga!!! And others...

rose

Ok, so the orgs best gift (for me), are the international personalities we truly have here. rose How much in our daily lives or jobs do many of us come across such diversity and multiculturalism? I have always had high interests in multiculturalism. I am a Certified Elementary Teacher, however I work in a Children's Hospital, and I must say... we get many differnt cultural backgrounds from all over the world. heart

So, being that many of you are quite fond of cameras, and if you have a digital or other means of taking pictures to share here... this is something I would love to see.

For example, everyday life places for you and many others here.

Where you grocery shop
Your post office, or where you mail packages, get your mail... etc.
Record stores
Shoes stores
A famous representation of your city or nearby area
Beautiful part, that you may visit often, such as nature, hills, mountains ocean or beach...
The sky
Night-time city or gathering areas
Something unique about where you live
Your neighborhood
Streets
...

Anyone? rose

I can't answers these, for I am on my way out the door for work. However, I can return later.

I would love to see what others see in their daily lives outside their homes.

I live in Arizona, the home state of the Grand Canyon. rose

Are you sure this is a safe idea? I mean couldn't someone figure out where you really are and start stalking you? I have wanted to post a picture of the view from my sons middle school but then thought differently because I don't want ANY ONE to know where my kids go to school. Maybe I am being silly and paranoid. lol

Hi Julie, unfortunately I havent got any pictures of where I live and work to show you. As such, I hope you dont mind but I posted this one. On the face of its nothing but leaves and branches. To me however it has more significance. This sounds a little strange but I took it when I was lying on the grass in a park in Cordoba, Argentina. I took it because it was just an everyday photo which could have been anywhere in the world but to me I knew it would always remind me of where I was, what I was doing and how somewhat sad it was that I will never probably return to that same spot.

Mach, I truly love your environmental surroundings, which has been no secret. However, I have never seen this aspect to where you live. rose Do you take frequent walks down that road? Beautiful place you reside, it has been one of my favorites I have seen throughout the years, here. Thank you for always being so willing to share.
