For those of you working 9-5 do you have a set routine at lunch? What do you do and what do you normally have to eat?

not a 9 to 5er here but I do do lunch at a set time each day - helps keep my mom a bit more settled. I keep her 5 days a week for many hours to give my dad a break she has bad dementia. I make soft foods for her to eat as she is missing all her upper teeth and cant remember to use her false ones

I eat at irregular times. It's terrible. I had toasted cheese and ham sandwiches around 8am and then absolutely nothing until just now, at 8pm, and then I ate loads. I never eat at the same time every day either.

It depends, sometimes a few of us go out to eat somewhere and sometimes I bring a lunch and eat in the board room. I try to have a different lunch every day.

I eat around 1, 1:30, usually at McDonald's or Mr.Sub.

depends, sometimes I don't take a lunch because of the workload....other times, the enitre afternoon becomes one big lunch break....

Yes, I have a 5 day a week and 8 hrs. a day job... sometime 9 hrs, 10 hrs, because my job can get a bit intense.

However, I usually eat lunch right after activity time... so around 12:00 but usually after clean-up, it can be around 12:30 or 1:00. Really anytime I can, after 12:00 p.m.

I make my lunch usually, and rarely eat hospital food. Today it is group lunchtime and we all meet to have lunch together. We are ordering out, but I will still take my lunch today. I am trying to eat more conscious and healthy lately.

Today, hmm... I will mostl likely eat an egg white egg salad sandwich.

I work a short day, 9 till 2. because, I pick up my kids at school. Because of this, I order or bring in a salad, I love salads!! All kinds of salads, cobb salad, caesar salad, tuna salad, etc. and to drink..always and iced-tea.
