heart all of them... what a charming neighborhood you live in. Do the building have some years on them? Age? Your park looks so peaceful with low population. Do you live in a small town? rose

Mach, I truly love your environmental surroundings, which has been no secret. However, I have never seen this aspect to where you live. rose Do you take frequent walks down that road? Beautiful place you reside, it has been one of my favorites I have seen throughout the years, here. Thank you for always being so willing to share.

Hi Julie, unfortunately I havent got any pictures of where I live and work to show you. As such, I hope you dont mind but I posted this one. On the face of its nothing but leaves and branches. To me however it has more significance. This sounds a little strange but I took it when I was lying on the grass in a park in Cordoba, Argentina. I took it because it was just an everyday photo which could have been anywhere in the world but to me I knew it would always remind me of where I was, what I was doing and how somewhat sad it was that I will never probably return to that same spot.

JD, one thing is certain... and I have realized for years. You see the fine details of a moment. This photo and words of personal meaning do not surprise me one bit. rose To be self-actualizing is (to me) an empowering experience. Just like the moment you expressed above. To recognize this moment, the trees and exact moment and see the similarities as well as the vast differences incredible and quite honestly, very moving to me. However, don't be sad, but celebrate that you even had the pleasures of being exactly there. Life will have more spots to discover. rose If you ever wish to return and it was meant to be... I believe it will be. hug

Do you work in the hospital too? The corporate world?

Nice place for a retreat. rose Clear and quiet, it seems. Arizona is not as green as these place I am seeing. Beautiful areas and truly many beautiful part of the United States.

I am not too fond of our city... not really my ideal place to live. However there is an endless amount of beauty alway within reach and I know just how to find these places. I will soon show a few images I have either taken recently or not too long ago. My camera is always with me. rose

Awe, I am somewhat familiar to Laguna Beach area. We were just there and stopped by Huntington Beach. How is the water quality at Laguna? I love the ocean, it puts me in a spell. rose But it is sad to see the pollution and warning signs at times. I do love California, especially northern California where Jana lives (yes, I am waiting Jana).

I love target too! Too much. heart Much of my closet is Mossimo. lol Really.

Now Miss Canadian girl, who lives in an area I would love to call home one day. rose Out of all our photo sharing days... this is new stuff! I heart u!

I also found myself today hesitating to take pictures, due to people being around. lol Usually, I just go with the flow... but today was a bit against the "flow". lol I didn't have time to photograph much today, my work schedule leave me with very little time to mess around, which is good. rose But I believe I might have some I can pull up for the time being, that I may wish to share. Let me see... now I must search. Any suggestions? I will try to attend to the list of ideas I began with, which was totally random and done quickly. rose

I thank each one of you for sharing what you have shared so far. It's very educational. I mean, don't you feel it is a different way to travel the world, through the eyes of another and what they see each day in their everday lives? I do. rose

Emm, do you walk to the grocery store? Reuseable shopping bags, EXCELLENT! Environmentally conscious, I love Canada! rose The grocery store is very similar to the ones I have shopped in, in Calgary. rose I really love Canada. mushy I know you know. heart

View from the parking garage at work

Which I have seen many of these (all taken from the same place), I actually will sit and wait for the sun to go down when the weather is nice, and when I get out of work.

The freeway (on a Sunday)

One grocery area

Called...

And when I want to get away, this is just a short drive away (whenever I want), away from the city... beautiful places are endless here, I believe. I will sit here and drink coffee or a beer and reflect, quite often. rose The city does not appeal to me at all.

Yeah, I live in a small town just north of NYC. Most of the brick buildings are from the late 1800s or early 1900s. My town used to be famous for the bricks that were made and they were used all over town.

Here in Phoenix, Arizona we really don't have many skyscrappers and our layout is really flat, but spreads in many different directions. It is a huge city, with many other smaller cities connected, yet there is no break-ups.

http://www.destination360...rizona.php

No matter where you go, there are always mountains that enclose our valley area, and when people come to visit, they usually marvel at our mountains or continuous mountains in all directions. They are not hills. lol They are no Rocky Mountains, but our mountains throughout Arizona are very continuous and very diverse no matter the distance you travel. heart

Unlimited hiking, absolutely... which will be what I share next, but later. I have to get ready for work. lol rose

Now, look at this! eyepop big grin Not that it is Thailand, but that Nick is part of this environment and community. Incredible. A very condensed area and city it seems. What are the statues meaning Nick? And the waterways... how often do you travel through them? The homes and community, diverse beauty... the skies view in Thailand. Plus, the night picture with the military truck and men. Do you have active military in your community? So incredibly diverse, yet the freeway systems looks a bit similar. All this is so interesting. Thank you Nick for showing the pictures you have shown. hug rose Anytime, more are always welcomed.
