I was just watching Paul Mc.Cartney making mashed potatoes until I turned it off halfway through, realising that watching somebody peel, boil and pummel spuds isn't exactly entertaining (reagrdless of whom they are)...

I watched a youtube clip of a chef preparing Peach & Mozzarella Bruschetta. It was pretty cool. I'll have to try that one day. It's just walnut bread, fresh peach slices, a little olive oil and mozzarella cheese. I never thought of pairing peaches and cheese, but it looked delicious.
